I am just barely slippin' this project in for the week to count for September's challenge.
I made these this afternoon and it was fun and easy! (Just the way I like it!)
I am going to include these in a special gift for the girls I visit teach- so watch out for that post a little later, it is another cute idea that will fit well with these darling notebooks!
I made a purple polka-dot purse for Lora (who is probably reading this- close your eyes so you are surprised when I give it to you!) I made a paisley clutch purse for Mika- idea stolen from Natalie. And a damask purse for Karina.
these are so much fun
ReplyDeleteCute! And what great idea to give them to the sisters you visit teach!
ReplyDeleteI borrowed Natalie's idea too and did a clutch style!
My clutch is at the bottom of this post - http://andyandkizzie.blogspot.com/2009/09/i-love-my-boys.html
ReplyDeleteWhen I put my link on the Mister linky at the bottom I wasn't paying attention so I copied and pasted my apron post address there...so that's where it'll take you if you click on it, instead of my main blog page.
All three turned out so cute!
ReplyDeleteI also made my link go directly to my apron. Should I add my main blog link or just leave it. Here's my notebook purse-http://crystalscraftspot.blogspot.com/2009/09/notebook-purse.html
If you want to change your webpage, just ad yourself again and I will delete the old one.
ReplyDeleteLove your purses! I love them! That was of nice of you to link my name about the clutch, but totally not necessary! You are the one who has inspired me to be more crafty/creative...thank you! :) You are the best visiting teacher ever! I bet your girls love all your amamzing gifts you do for them! Guess I need to get to work on next week's challenge! :)
ReplyDeleteI meant to say that was so nice of you, not "of nice of you." I really need my Sunday nap I guess! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not looking! Oh, it's so cute.
