This is a VERY easy recipe.
Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
Cranberry Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat your grill for about 5 minutes. (I used my indoor kitchen grill. If you don't have one, ask your husband to get you one for Christmas!)
2. Sprinkle salt & pepper on both sides of your chicken
3. In a small mixing bowl, mix equal parts of cranberry sauce and bbq sauce.
4. Place Chicken on grill and brush with bbq mixture. Cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Turn chicken over and brush this side with bbq mixture. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with corn on the cob and a side salad and you are good to go!
This sounds yummy and I'm into EASY recipes! Thanks! Have a good day...

I wish Mike liked stuff like this but his motto...meat and fruit don't mix! I on the other hand love the combo! Guess I'll just have to come over for dinner some time!
ReplyDeleteSounds great! It reminds me of a crock pot roast I make with a large can of cranberries (not the jelly) and one packet of onion soup mix... that's it! (Well, add 1 cup of water for extra moisture.)
ReplyDeleteI'm all about easy and tasty! (Hence the crock pot.)
Just found your blog....and I love it! Thanks for so many recipes that I now have to try too!!!
