Shortcut Chicken Manicotti

This is a great Kraft Foods recipe! The original recipe is found HERE, but I did make a few changes of my own. Here is my version:

What You Need
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cups  Water
8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups  Frozen broccoli florets(or used your favorite frozen veggies)
12 Manicotti shells, uncooked
1 lb.  Boneless skinless chicken breasts tenders 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It
1. Heat
oven to 400ºF. Pour all the water and 1/3 of the soup into 13x9-inch baking dish. Set aside. Add broccoli to remaining 2/3 of soup.
2. Stuff
manicotti with chicken; place in baking dish. Top with remaining soup mixture and Cheddar & Parmesan cheeses. Cover with foil.
3. Bake
45 to 50 min. or until manicotti is tender and chicken is done.

Here is a recipe card if you'd like it. This one was hard because the picture is light but the plate is dark so some parts of the recipe are harder to see. Hopefully you can make out what it says!

  1. This looks really good. I've had manicotti shells in my cabinets for awhile - this looks like a good recipe to use them on. :)
