Last week I had the fun opportunity to have lunch with some local bloggers at Wendy's to try their new Pick 2 Menu. We each got to bring 2 friends and all our kiddos- it made for a fun (and tasty) afternoon!

Here's what I got:
I'm a salad-loving girl, but I must admit, I rarely order a salad from a fast-food restaurant simply because I can save money by ordering off the value menu. And whenever I do order a salad, not only do I end up wasting money, but I also waste food because the portion sizes on their $6 salads are way too big!
Needless to say I am loving this idea of having a 1/2 salad with a choice of side. A a perfect-portioned salad with my favorite chocolate Frosty all for 5 bucks!!! Now we're talking!

With so many yummy options, this is a menu for everyone.
(Except for people who don't like lettuce- then I guess this post isn't for you, sorry!)
The general buzz in the room was that the food was fantastic- I loved my salad and so did everyone else around me! The dressings were unique and super tasty- Poppy Seed, Creamy Jalapeno (which didn't sound good to me and I almost substituted it with ranch, but was mouth-watering yumminess and I am so glad I tried it!) The variety was great and satisfied us all!
