This project was linked to Thursday's link party and it just caught my eye. I promise it will be the last Halloween project I feature for this year (I already have my list for next year!) But I wanted to slip this in because:
1. It is adorable.2. It is handy. (I always have stray knockers that wake my sleeping kids long after the candy is gone!)

Why didn't I think of that?! Instead every year I have to hope that people understand that my dark porch means we are done passing out candy... and yet not everyone always understands that!

can't believe I never thought of that. We end up having to turn off all the lights on the inside of the house and "hide" upstairs so that they stop ringing the doorbell {so as not to wake my sleeping pumpkins}. Isn't it the simple things that change our lives the most :)
ReplyDeleteNeat Idea. We live in an area where no one even trick or treats. I've had the lights on and every year we have candy, and one Year I even had a big sign outside about having candy here, and still, no trick or treaters.
