Fabulous Fun at Fraser Fields!!!

Last month I had the fun opportunity to attend the Fraser Fields Swap, hosted by Peppertowne. Not really sure what to expect, and sad about giving all my junk to charity literally weeks before I got the invitation, I went to this swap simply for the social-ness...  and it was fantastic!!! I cannot praise the idea and the execution of it all enough!

Me & Jenni- she is stinkin' adorable!
Everyone came (dressed in plaid and tweed- so cute!) to an outdoor area of Jenni's yard that was decorated so darling- white lights, eclectic lawn furniture around cozy fire pits... it was all too cute! People brought their unwanted items and put them on the swapping patio then lined up in the order that they signed up to come.

Me with the fabulous ladies of My Dear Trash and their friend Rachel. These girls are too sweet!
When the swapping began, Jenni let groups of 20 people go onto the patio and pick one thing. After 2 rounds of this, it became a free for all and people were searching and grabbing whatever they wanted- they could choose1 item for every item they brought. And the items were great! You know what they say, "1 man's junk is another man's treasure!"

Kelli with her fun lamp! I love the base, but I'm not sure how I feel about the shade! I'm just sayin... :)
The social-ness of the swap was just what I wanted it to be- I met some amazing people and hung out with some blogging friends I met earlier this year. I love these girls!

The Lolly Jane twins, Kristi and Kelly, and Maka from Maka'z Home. The more I talk with these girls the more I love them!

AND Jenni served some amazing soups, recipe HERE.

I just have to say thanks to Jenni for inviting me! Count me in for the next one and when I come I will actually bring some goodies for sure so I can participate in the swapping! I can't wait.

For the rest of you, bookmark the Fraser Fields website so you can be informed on the dates of the next swap! I'll see you there! If you don't live near, you should plan your own- it is a blast!
